Kids Salvation & Baptism Class Sign Up

This 30 minute class aims to equip Elementary aged kids, along with their grown-ups, to learn more about being a follower of Jesus and what baptism means. In this form, you will select the date and location of the class your family will attend.
 
If you have more than one child attending the class, please fill out one form per child.
